The room smelled, the housekeeping was rude, they charged my acct. with extra fees w/o telling me.
Yuck, yuck, yuck! The room stunk, literally. The staff wouldnt stop pestering us a half hour before checkout, to leave! They also charged me more than what my receipt said, and did not notify me before doing so, which resulted in me over drafting! Go to the Arbor House, American, or country suites over this place.
